Daniele Gianella

Daniele Gianella was trained to be a licenced Reiss Profile master at the Coaching Center Berlin.

Since 2001 he has been working successcully as a trainer and coach - among others for Shell (Switzerland). After a successful finish of the TAM (Trainer Akademie München), he concluded the course "Eidgenössisch diplomierter Marketingplaner" in May 2004.
In the spring of 2006, a certification of continuing studies as academic trainer at University of Linz (Austria) followed and in November 2007, he completed a course as an Integral Coach at Coaching Center Berlin.

Daniele Gianella is responsible for the operational management of the company.

Brunello Gianella was trained to be a licenced Reiss Profile master at the Coaching Center Berlin.

For more than two decades Brunello Gianella has been successful in the area of education and continuing education: at first as a trainer and facilitator with concentration on change management in the leadership area (founder and owner of the Swiss GRID-Institute), then more and more as coach, change agent and performance consultant in the sales area.

He has attended the TAM (Trainer Akademie in München), the continuing studies program as management trainer at Dr. Rolf Th. Stiefel and Partner in Stuttgart and the training to be a certified GRID trainer. He is a member of the BDVT (Berufsverband der Verkaufsförderer und Trainer) and the ASTD. In addition, he is EFQM-assessor and has completed the TQM system advisor.

In 2005, Brunello Gianella completed a one year program to be an Integral Business Coach at Coaching Center Berlin.
